Hindu Heritage Camp:
The
programs offered at the Camp are designed to take your children to
their next step in service to themselves & to others and become
better citizens — Physically, Mentally & Spiritually.
Dates: March 29th to 31st, 2013

Age: 8 years and above.
Siblings who are 7 years old may be considered on a case by case basis.
“Hinduism in practice”
The mission of the camp is to help children gain a better understanding of Hinduism and familiarize them with the basic beliefs and practices of Hindu religion and culture. The camp will be directed by Smt. Devi Parvati, who has been conducting the famous Hindu Heritage Summer Camp in Rochester, NY for more than three decades.

follows:
Accommodations:
Children
attending camp from out of town will be hosted by local families, free
of charge. Camp organizers will assist in assigning a host family if
needed. Out of town children can arrive Thursday night at the
SVHCC&T. Camp organizers will transport them to host families.
Visiting parents should make their own arrangements for stay.
Meals:
Camp fee includes vegetarian meals – lunch, dinner, and two snacks. Lunch will be American style (cereal, sandwiches, etc.); dinner will be Indian food.
An “Early Bird” registration discount will be given to students joining before March 10th.
$150 ($125 for sibling) if registering by March 10th (two weeks before the deadline).
$175 ($150 for sibling) after that, till the deadline of March 24th.
Fee Deadline:
Payment should be received by Sunday, March 24th, 2013. Space is limited. Enrollment will be first come first enrolled. Please
make check payable to “SVHCC & T” and mail the application/s &

Sponsorship:
This
low fee is made possible by expected sponsorships by community members.
If you would like to, there are several opportunities available to

Deductible sponsorships and/or contributions, in any amount, would be greatly appreciated & acknowledged.
Cancellations:
If
we receive the cancellation request for your child’s reservation by March 24th 2013, a 50% refund will be issued. After that
date, there will be no refunds. Refund checks will be mailed after the
camp ends. If for any reason the camp is cancelled by SVHCC & T, you will receive a full refund of your payments.
